We recommend re-application of protector after each professional rug cleaning.

Moth Treatment
When moth activity is present, it’s important to call the knowledgeable customer service staff at Peace Frog right away! We’ll arrange for an inspection and, if necessary, containment, pick-up, treatment, deep cleaning, any repairs to the moth damaged areas, and return of your area rugs.
While your rugs are with us for care, we strongly suggest that you call a pest control company to check your home for hidden moth safe havens. It’s important to get a step ahead of a potential infestation before bringing your textiles back home.

Wrapping
Our customers have three options when it comes time to wrap up their area rugs:
Transport Only: This is a free service for our customers having rugs delivered. Plastic outer wrapping will be removed upon delivery as it is not the right kind of wrapping material for more than just this purpose.
Short-Term Storage: This low-cost Kraft Paper wrapping option is perfect for customers who need to keep their rugs dust free for a few weeks to a few months.
Long-Term Storage: This option is a wonderful option for customers needing to put their rugs away for 6 months to many years. It involves a preventative moth treatment, a layer of Kraft Paper wrapping, a layer of Tyvek wrapping, and seams are sealed with tape.

Storage
Peace Frog does have a small area set aside for short term storage. After 30 days, we require that your rugs be returned to you. You may either pick them up from our office or call to schedule delivery.
Rugs left longer than 30 days from notification of completion will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal or donation.
Pick-Up/Delivery
If you are within our service area, pick-up or delivery of your area rugs can be arranged with our helpful customer service representatives. Please let us know ahead of time if you need additional assistance moving furniture. Call us for details!
