Peace Frog has a Pet Urine Decontamination protocol that would help here. The process targets and flushes away urine salts and neutralizes odor-causing bacteria with cleaning products formulated to be safe on wool fibers and the dyes found in Oriental rugs.
If evidence of pet urine building up over any length of time is visible, we may alert you to permanent dye damage or dry rot after pre-inspection.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. Once your pre-inspection and quote have been approved by you, we can begin working on your rugs. Payment is due in full upon delivery of your rugs.
We rarely require a deposit, but if a rug is having extensive repairs, comes to us with flood damage, or if the scope of work exceeds the resale value, we may require something up front and will discuss that with you before starting any work.

If you are unable to have your area rugs rolled up and ready for us, let us know ahead of time so that we can arrange to send extra help. Additional charges do apply for this service on both pick-up and delivery.
Peace Frog technicians will not move pianos, electronics, or other heavy furniture that require a professional moving company.
Most stains will likely be removed during the wash process. For those that remain, we guarantee to do our very best to remove them, but we cannot guarantee every stain or concern can be completely removed.
Be aware – any over-the-counter spot remover that you may have used on the stains before calling us may negatively affect the result of a professional cleaning. If the pH of the spotting solution is too strong, you may set the stain or permanently alter the dyes.
Peace Frog does have a small area set aside for short term storage. Should you decide to leave them with us, we require that they be preventatively treated with a moth repellent and properly wrapped prior to being placed into storage.
If storage has not been arranged with us in advance, we require that your rugs be returned to you within 30 days of being completed. You may either pick them up from our office or call to schedule delivery. Rugs left longer than 30 days from notification of completion will be considered abandoned and are subject to disposal or donation.

Our stain/UV protector is safe to be used on all fiber types, and will not cause texture change, discoloration, or dye bleed. It leaves no sticky residue, so there’s no risk of your area rug appearing prematurely soiled.
We recommend re-application of our stain/UV protector after each professional rug cleaning.
