I have 3 year old carpet that has been moderately abused by 2 dogs, 2 cats and a daughter who is quite messy with her makeup. After several pet stains, oil from pets coats, smeared makeup, and drink spills developed, I figured it was time for a carpet cleaning and began the process of vetting cleaning companies. From the 1st contact, Peace Frog really stood out from the other companies! While speaking with Justin McBride on the phone, he was thorough, listened well, friendly and pleasant. He repeated my concerns back to me and asked clarifying questions, it was a positive experience. They sent a rep to my house to evaluate the job and give a quote. I really appreciated this, because 2 other companies just gave an estimate over the phone without even knowing what the job entailed. Jason Schmidt, the technician who came to my house and gave a quote, explained their entire processes to me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered several solutions. He didn't try any "hard sell" tactics either (a different company tried this approach and it was very off putting). It was a good experience and a honest price, so I booked the carpet cleaning. Peace Frog sent over Jeremy McKnight, the carpet cleaning technician, and again I was taken back at how friendly and professional their employees were. Jeremy, asked great questions, showed that he listened to my concerns, was personable, and communicated everything extremely well! You can tell he really cares about his customers. He did an outstanding job lifting the stains from our carpet. The carpets look brand new, the house smells great, and we're all super satisfied with our experience in working with Peace Frog! We recently moved from out of state to the Austin area. Our rental home had beautiful hardwood floors, until you stepped onto them. They were not taken care of or cleaned properly in a long time. I contacted Peace Frog and they sent someone out the next day for an estimate. Jason was amazing. He took the time to talk to me and told me what process he would use to remove the built up grime. Peace Frog was fantastic. We had them clean 3 rooms with carpet and they also cleaned the dryer vent, which hadn't been done in a long time. The communication from day one was excellent, and I appreciated that they confirm the day before and give you a 30 minutes heads up when they're on their way. Peacefrog technicians Jason, Lorri and Guy were always prompt, with communications, punctual and displayed exemplary professionalism. Our 13 year old area rugs and floors are fresh and clean; almost like new. The pricing for floors and rugs was reasonable too. Though the turn around on the rugs was slightly longer than expected we are completely satisfied with the outcomes. Peace Frog was amazing! I needed my couch cleaned after a long-distance move left it in rough shape. After reading reviews, this company seemed like it was the best bet and it certainly did not disappoint. Despite being very busy, they were able to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment same day. The technician (Jason) gave notice when he was on his way and arrived right at the start of the appointment window. He could not have been nicer and the couch looks good as new. Jason also provided several helpful spot-treatment solutions should stains present in the future. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

We’ve used Peace Frog several times, and we’ve always been pleased with the results. Jeffrey was our technician today, and he did a great job! Our carpets are old and worn, but he made them look so much better! We had our tiles done as well, which always makes the grout look better. He also heard our cat meow when he first arrived, and he quickly looked for him to make sure he wasn’t going to escape. We already had the cat crated, but I could tell that Jeffrey wanted to make sure the cat was safe.

This was a perfect experience from the time I called to inquire until the time services completed. I had two area rugs that needed to be deep cleaned and have pet stains removed. When I called to inquire I was greeted by a helpful, cheerful person who asked all the right questions. It’s important to know that I was moving and the rugs were picked up from a different address than they were delivered back to me. Peace Frog handled every detail to perfection. They arrived when scheduled for both pick up and drop off. Their technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My rugs look amazing. One rug will stay rolled up for awhile as it doesn’t fit in the new space! Which is a shame as it’s a gorgeous rug, especially now that it is clean.

Shane came to clean the tile/grout in a rental property that had been occupied for 13 years. It was extremely dirty. One hour later the tile and grout were gleaming! I highly recommend Peace Frog! I have a sofa I bought about 4 years ago. It’s still in very good shape, except that the back cushions, which are sewn on, had gotten dingy from use. I looked around at reviews on Yelp and liked what I read about Peace Frog. I scheduled an appointment with them and they gave me a price up front. The technician, Jeff, was friendly and professional. I must say, I wasn’t expecting the service to work perfectly. The discoloration on the sofa looked permanent. But what a difference after treatment! It looks nearly back to new! I also expected some amount of “up selling” to other services — didn’t happen and I never felt pressured. The price was exactly as quoted. Very happy with the service and I’ll use them again. They've also given us great tips on how to quickly and completely clean up pet stains.This time we needed them just before we listed our home for sale. I couldn't believe how well our carpet turned out after they did their job.And then, just as the guy was leaving, I spilled some paint in a room! He came back in with his magic stuff and the paint stain disappeared! No one is as good as Peace Frog!

Peace Frog did a great job cleaning our couches and chairs! They were worn down after years of having dogs all over them, including a number of stains. Once Peace Frog was done, the furniture looked like it was nearly new again.It was very easy to schedule, they were very responsive, and showed up on-time and in a professional manner.The day after cleaning, we noticed a couple spots that were missed. Peace Frog came back out that same day to fix it (completely removed those stains). Very professional and dedicated to quality and doing things the right way!

James, Sam, Ryan, and Lamont were great to work with. I worked with Sam to schedule a power washing service at our location. James came out to do an estimate and he was very professional, friendly and detail oriented. We then set up a day and time to have the power washing done, which was pretty quickly. I received a text the day of service to let me know that the techs, Ryan and Lamont, would be arriving within 30 minutes. Upon their arrival, I showed them the areas that needed the work done. They got started right away. They did a great job! The sidewalk areas and pillars look great! They were very easy to work with and very friendly. Peace Frog was recommended by a neighbor who had used them in the past. I had already contacted other local businesses who had made it difficult to do business with them. For instance, one business wanted me to give them exact measurements of flooring instead of an estimate with them taking measurements. The back and forth with that business owner was wearing and I got fed up and dropped! It was refreshing to get a quick response when I contacted Peace Frog. They stayed on top of contacting me and walking me through the process. They acted in a very professional and friendly manner. They asked for an estimate of the tile and wood to be cleaned, provided an estimated quote with the understanding that it could change when the techs took actual measurements on the day of service. We had actually overestimated the amount of wood so the cost was lower than expected. I chose to get the grout sealed with the savings. The two techs were personable and took care of upholstery, tile, and wood. They made the experience painless and pleasant. The end product was wonderful! They did a good job assessing the job, quoting what needed to be done, and confirming what my expectations were. They checked for organic matter with a blacklight and documented that they did this. The tech. took his time and did a thorough job, even though he was running late from a heavy schedule that day; end of month move-outs. So, even though he was running a bit late, he kept me apprised of his estimated arrival time. Did a thorough job and left the place cleaned up beautifully. The pricing was competitive without me having to hassle them, and they answered any followup questions readily.
